Organized by the Pingtung County Government and curated and executed by Blue Dragon Art, the project titled “Radiant Glory – Move Together, Cheer Through Art” aims to merge art and sports into a dynamic public experience. Inspired by the concept of “the flow of light,” the project features five large-scale art installations, each themed around a different sport.

In addition to showcasing creative expression through art, the initiative includes 29 public events that integrate artistic experiences with athletic activities, celebrating Pingtung’s vibrant sports culture while fostering community engagement and social inclusion.
