The highly anticipated large-scale shopping center, “Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport Taichung,” will have its grand opening in 2023. Wego Art curates three sets of public artworks, including “Taichung-ese” by artist Tsai Tung-lin, created with public participation, “Impressions of Taichung Sugar Factory” by Jen Da-hsien, allowing viewers to reminisce about the past impressions of Taichung Sugar Factory, and “Promise with ㄋㄧˇ” by Tsai Chieh-shen, set in a park, engaging with nature, and bringing joy and playfulness.
