The world premiere of 75 Years: A Journey of Friendship Through Art lands in Taipei, curated by Wang Yu-Ling of Blue Dragon Art Company, co-organized with the Charles M. Schulz Museum (USA), and jointly curated by Daisuke Kusakari, Creative Director of the Snoopy Museum Tokyo.

Exhibition Highlights

21 international artists were invited to create new works inspired by Peanuts, exploring how Snoopy and friends have become embedded in contemporary art, culture, and daily life.

Participating artists include:

  • Florentijn Hofman (Netherlands), known for his iconic Rubber Duck
  • SUPERFICTION (South Korea), pioneers in trend-driven character design
  • inges idee and Andreas Piontkowitz (Germany), masters of surreal and playful public art
  • Jae Yong Kim (South Korea), the “donut magician”
  • Etsu Egami (Japan), a leading figure in contemporary conceptual art
  • avaf (Brazil), a collaborative art duo pushing boundaries of pop and identity

 

The grand opening featured live appearances by artists including Yang Mao-Lin, Ren Shen-Er, and Chen Tai-Hua from Taiwan, alongside POORBOY and 2choey from Thailand—coming together for a cross-cultural celebration inspired by Peanuts.
