To assist the entry level employees of cultural units and art and culture groups to understand more of the Regulations for Cultural and Arts Procurements, we and the Public Construction Commission hosted six Cultural and Arts Procurements Seminar at June, 2010 at Southern and Northern Taiwan that respectively directed to cultural units and art and culture groups. Through collecting questions and issues on the regulations from the cultural sales department and art and culture groups from different areas, and accumulating to a Q&A database for experts from the Public Construction Commission, Executive Yuan to explain. We hope that this book can provide assistance for cultural units from each district and art and culture groups when having questions facing the regulations for procurements, and hope to elevate the local art and culture industry through the pleasant procurement operation of the governmental cultural sales department and the art and culture groups, and lead Taiwan’s culture and creation industry to a broader new page.
