To promote the cultural rights of people with disabilities and implement relevant provisions of international conventions on civil, political, economic, social, and cultural rights, as well as the Domestic Disabled Persons Rights Protection Act, the Ministry of Culture planned and designed this research to understand the current status of cultural welfare measures and facilities for people with disabilities domestically and internationally. The research also includes education and training for cultural administrators and volunteers to form the foundation for promoting policies for cultural equality for people with disabilities, ensuring the fulfillment and participation of people with disabilities in spiritual and artistic activities.
