The Ministry of Culture, in conjunction with the Ministry of Economic Affairs, formulated the ‘Regulations Governing Copyright Protection of Cultural and Art Workers and Enterprises ‘, which were announced and implemented on October 5, 2021. To effectively implement copyright protection for cultural and artistic works, the Ministry of Culture, along with the Public Construction Commission of the Executive Yuan and the Intellectual Property Office of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, jointly planned the ‘Copyright Protection Touring Lecture for Cultural and Artistic Works’ for the year 2022. The objective is to promote awareness of copyright protection measures and the concepts and practical applications of copyright, actively safeguarding the rights and interests of cultural and artistic workers and enterprises.
