Pingtung County Government’s annual Valentine’s brand event, “Love by the Sea,” returns this year with the theme Sweet Blossoming. Snoopy and his friends appear alongside dessert-inspired installations, creating a welcoming setting for evening visits to the fishing harbour.Through light-based displays and simple spatial arrangements, the harbour is transformed into a walkable seaside experience. The project invites the public to explore Pingtung’s coastline at night, encountering art in an accessible and festive atmosphere while sharing a moment of warmth and celebration by the sea.
