The Taoyuan Land Art Festival, which began in 2013 as an open-air art museum without walls, has been breaking through artistic barriers, fostering increased public closeness and interaction with art. Since 2020, the world has still been under the threat of the pandemic. The new realizations about the environment, relationships between people and nature, and distances between individuals have emerged. Simultaneously, technological advancements have effectively loosened the constraints of technology and space, merging old and new, embracing diverse cultures, and accommodating the fluidity of ethnic groups, reflecting the unique urban characteristics of Taoyuan.
